Hats

Please refer to our size guide for all sizing recommendations

1. Mix a small amount of baby shampoo or dish soap in a bowl of water

2. Use a toothbrush (maybe your brothers… jk) to scrub any spots or stains

3. With a damp washcloth, rise thoroughly and let air dry

We carry various different hat styles and materials within our shop. Each style and fit may fit slightly differently based on material and snapback strap. You can refer to the size guide to find how each style may fit your child!

Our swim line is a slim European cut and fit as stated in the sizing chart. (link to sizing chart) All swim pieces have ties for adjustability and overall comfort.

Orders

We are sorry to hear about this, please send us an email at info@cashandcoshop.com containing your name, email, order number, and what was received in your order. We are happy to assist with the issue in a timely manner!

You can check your order status using the link in your email. Each product may have a different fulfillment time frame. Ready to ship products generally take 5-10 business days, however we recommend referencing the product page at the time your order is placed for the most accurate fulfillment estimate.

All preorder timelines are specific to the date and product purchased. You can find preorder shipping estimates under the product page, during the time you make your purchase. Of course, our team is happy to help with any questions on your order.

After the return/exchange form has been completed, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to ship your items back to us. If you do not receive this email after 2-3 business days, please reach out and we will make sure to instruct you. 

Once we receive the returned product(s) back at our warehouse (after inspection), our team will process your return. Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed.

Please send an email to info@cashandcoshop.com if you need to edit your order before it has been shipped. If possible, we are happy to add products, change sizes, or edit a shipping address.

When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring that item into the country, which is your country’s sales tax. We cannot declare your item as a gift, as that is illegal and a federal offense in the United States.

All final sale, third party or warehouse sale purchases are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Shipping

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to the correct address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping, unless otherwise noted under the shipping details on the product page during the time you make your purchase. International orders can take 1-2weeks+ to arrive once they have shipped. 

Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday and is closed on national and state holidays. If you have questions about your order, please email info@cashandcoshop.com and our team can assist.

Free shipping is available for US orders over $100 before taxes.

We use a handful of delivery partners (including FedEx and UPS) to deliver our products. We have been working on maximizing our efficiency and have increased the staff in our warehouse; however, delays are still expected. While we do our best to provide our best estimated delivery date to you, high shipping volume may result in delays to those estimates. Most packages will deliver within 1 to 2 days of the estimated delivery date.

We are seeing longer delays in the USPS network, due to the surge in holiday shipping.

Wholesale

Yes, we love our retailers. We only work with qualified and hand selected retailers across the country. If you believe that we would be a good fit, feel free to apply here.

More information is coming in August 2022.

However, all featured reps and models are a part of the Cash Crew membership program. The next wave of Cash Crew members will open and start in September 2022.
