When will my goods arrive?
Your order will arrive within 4-8 business days, depending on shipping location. Items are shipped from St. George, Utah.
I ordered the wrong size. Is it too late to change/exchange it?
Send us an email and let us know as soon as you realize the issue. We’ll do our best to get you the correct size in a timely manner.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally! Shipping fees depending on location will be calculated at checkout. If you are a vendor and want to collaborate internationally, email us at email@example.com.
How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping will always be free within the US. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Can I get a refund on my order?
All sales are final. However, if you’re not satisfied with your order upon arrival, return it to us unworn and unwashed in bag within 15 business days and we’ll issue an exchange or credit.

My hat arrived damaged. What do I do?
We want you to be a part of the Cash + Co. family for life. For that reason, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will issue the exchange ASAP.
All hats are snapbacks and adjustable in size. However, if you want the perfect fit, measure the circumference of your child’s head, starting from above the ear. Make sure the measuring tape grazes the forehead, where you want the hat brim to sit.
